I love discovering places through their food, culture, music, people and the little moments you’d probably miss on a regular itinerary. I’m also the kind of person who can turn a table of strangers into a long conversation pretty quickly. For me, some of the best travel memories have come from unplanned conversations, shared meals, spontaneous plans and people who were strangers in the morning but friends by the end of the trip.
