TravelWithPro is a platform that enables independent travel hosts, creators, and experience leaders ("Hosts") to create, manage, promote, and operate travel experiences, group trips, retreats, and related activities for travelers and communities.

Depending on the experience, TravelWithPro may directly operate trips or enable third-party Hosts to independently manage and conduct experiences. TravelWithPro may act as:

By using TravelWithPro, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under valid parental/guardian consent where applicable
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will comply with applicable laws and these Terms

You may be required to create an account or provide personal details to book experiences, apply as a Host, join communities, access platform features, or participate in programs and events.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account
• All activity conducted through your account
• Providing accurate and updated information at all times

When booking or participating in experiences through TravelWithPro:

• You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks
• You are responsible for assessing your own fitness, health, and suitability for participation
• You agree to follow instructions provided by Hosts, coordinators, or team members
• You understand that itineraries, accommodations, schedules, and activities may change due to operational, weather, safety, political, or unforeseen conditions

If you act as a Host on TravelWithPro, you agree to:

• Conduct experiences responsibly and professionally
• Provide accurate trip information to travelers and the platform
• Ensure participant safety to the best of your ability
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your operating region
• Avoid misleading, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unsafe conduct
• Respect community guidelines and platform policies at all times

Pricing for trips, experiences, retreats, or services may vary depending on destination, accommodation, transportation, inclusions/exclusions, seasonal changes, and third-party vendor pricing.

By making a booking, you:

• Agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of booking
• Authorise payment processing through our approved payment providers
• Understand that additional taxes, convenience fees, or gateway charges may apply

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific trip, Host, experience, or campaign. Unless otherwise stated:

• Certain bookings may be non-refundable
• Refund timelines may vary based on operational commitments
• Partial refunds may apply depending on costs already incurred
• TravelWithPro may deduct processing fees, vendor charges, or non-recoverable operational costs

In such cases, refund, transfer, or rescheduling options may be offered at our discretion.

Travel experiences may involve risks including but not limited to:

Users are responsible for evaluating their own medical condition before booking and participating in any experience.

• Carry required medications and personal medical supplies
• Inform organisers about critical health conditions when necessary
• Maintain valid travel insurance where applicable

Users agree not to engage in any of the following on the platform or within TravelWithPro communities:

All platform content — including branding, logos, design systems, website content, text, graphics, software, videos, photography, platform features, and UI/UX elements — is owned by or licensed to TravelWithPro unless otherwise stated.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content
• Sell or use platform content commercially
• Reverse engineer any platform software or features

Users may share reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, comments, trip content, and community posts on TravelWithPro.

By sharing content, you grant TravelWithPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, promote, publish, and distribute such content for platform, marketing, operational, and promotional purposes.

You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content shared, and that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

TravelWithPro may integrate or collaborate with third-party providers including hotels, transport operators, payment gateways, activity vendors, technology tools, and external platforms.

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. TravelWithPro may modify features, restrict access, update systems, conduct maintenance, suspend functionality, or introduce or remove services without prior notice.

TravelWithPro may use AI-powered tools, moderation systems, automation workflows, analytics systems, and recommendation engines to improve user experience, safety, content quality, host operations, community moderation, and platform performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelWithPro and its founders, team members, affiliates, partners, Hosts, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelWithPro, its team, affiliates, Hosts, partners, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform or its services
• Violation of applicable laws
• Harm caused to other users or third parties
• User-generated content shared by you on the platform

Your use of TravelWithPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the platform, you consent to our data collection and usage practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it carefully.

TravelWithPro reserves the right to suspend accounts, restrict access, remove content, cancel bookings, or terminate platform usage at its discretion, especially in cases involving:

• Policy violations or breach of these Terms
• Fraud or deceptive conduct
• Harmful conduct toward other users
• Legal risks or regulatory requirements
• Abuse of the platform or its community

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

TravelWithPro may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
