Somnath, Nageshwar & Dwarka: 2 Jyotirling & 1 Dham

The trip begins with an 8 AM train departure from Delhi in 3AC comfort, settling in for a long 21-hour journey westward across the country. No meals are included on board today, so it's worth carrying some snacks for the ride. As the train rolls on through the day and into the night, there's plenty of time to unwind, chat with fellow travellers, and let the anticipation build for the sacred days ahead.

The train pulls into the station by 5:30 AM, followed by a drive to Dwarka. After check-in at a double-sharing stay, breakfast is served, and the group gets ready to visit Dwarkadhish Temple, Krishna Ki Nagari itself. The temple closes by 1 PM, so punctuality is key this morning. Lunch follows the visit, and by evening the group heads to Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, which opens at 5 PM. The day winds down with dinner, a relaxed walk along the beach, and a good night's rest.

An early 5 AM start leads to a roughly 1-hour drive to Okha and Beyt Dwarka, where the group visits the site believed to hold the submerged remains of ancient Dwarka. Back at the stay, breakfast is followed by check-out, and the journey continues with a roughly 4-hour drive to Somnath. After checking in and having lunch, the group visits the Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple for darshan. Evening snacks follow if time permits, before the standout experience of the day, the Sound and Light show at Somnath, where the sea itself narrates the temple's story. Dinner and rest close out the evening.

Wake-up is at 5 AM, as it's time to bid farewell to this holy coastal city. The group boards a 7:30 AM train to Ahmedabad, with breakfast served on board given the early departure. Lunch is not included during this stretch, so travellers should plan accordingly. On reaching Ahmedabad by around 4 PM, the group boards the onward Rajdhani Express (3AC) to Delhi at 7 PM, with dinner served on the train.
